The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for user-generated content or third-party conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justibate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Justibate operates.
